I finished the biggest test of patience ever!! Its an afghan for my best friend’s Christmas present.
It’s 37.5 square feet (5’ x 7.5’) not including the fringe on both the 5’ sides. It’s 100% wool, took approx 30 hours over the last 4-5 months, and cost roughly $100 in yarn (most of which was purchased either on sale or with 40% off coupons) to complete.
If I were to charge minimum wage in CA to make this blanket for someone, plus the cost of yarn and sales tax, it would cost $375.
